My Story

Yes, I’ve spent the last 17 years helping women overcome stubborn weight, burnout, and hormonal chaos. 


But the reason I understand this journey so deeply isn’t just because I’ve worked with hundreds of women… It’s because I’ve lived it. 


After my first pregnancy, I found myself 25 lbs heavier, exhausted, foggy, and frustrated that nothing was working. I tried everything women are told to do:

  • And even working with a personal trainer for an hour, three times a week, for an entire year

That’s when I realized something women aren’t usually told: If your metabolism is dysregulated, your body won’t let the weight go — no matter how ‘hard’ you try.
